Instead of traditional renderings for this bought show, composite images were created using Adobe Photoshop. This insured an accurate portrayal not only of the design, but what was currently available on the retail market. A few production photos.

Dr. Faustus
Christopher Marlowe's classic tale set in the late 30's, Mardi Gras and blues world of New Orleans. Like the other six deadly sins, appearing beautiful in Mardi Gras regalia is Lechery.
The Skriker
The Skriker, a shapeshifter from British folklore, required many disguises and changes...all taking place on stage. See some "shapeshifting."
Thrumpins...creatures that were created to ride around on the backs of "businessmen." The actors playing the businessmen all had quick changes both prior to and after this scene. The creatures were soft-sculpted and stitched onto the backs of sportcoats, thus enabling the actors to literally slip into the creatures. The slightest movement of the actor's neck or shoulder was enough to animate these eerie looking creatures.
The idea and creation of the Thrumpins won the top award at the 2001 USITT Tech Expo. The accompanying article was published in TD&T's summer issue, 2001.
Nellie Longarms, a dark fairy that was said to live in the bottom of murky ponds. After luring children to the pond's edge, she would reach up and grab them, dragging them to their watery graves.
